A Delegation from UNESCO Pays a Visit to MU

A delegation from UNESCO paid a visit today 12 October 2005 to Mogadishu University Campus. The delegates were welcomed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and members of the administration board.

The delegation visited the faculties and departments as well as different institutes and centers of the university.

The delegation appreciated the efforts of MU and its accomplishments.

"I have visited the new compound of Mogadishu University and I appreciated what I have seen: the new beautiful building, the lecturers, and their students…I hope this university will reach its targets" said Mr. Hussein Tohow Farah, the head of UNESCO delegation.
