Practical Performance of Students' Nurses in Faculty of Nursing

As a part of their daily clinical performance the nursing students are routinely involved in wide variety of activities inside the faculty and outside in the hospitals and health centers.
These activities are related to provision of nursing care to patients with medical and surgical problems and provision of maternal and childcare during antenatal prenatal and postnatal care.
Several mothers who live in one of the many internally displaced refuges camps near the faculty of nursing, usually deliver in our demonstration room where our midwife teacher assists our students in experiencing or helping then attending deliveries in our demonstration room.
Mothers deliver frequently in our demonstration room, since the faculty has developed good relationship with community leaders in these camps and we also trained TBAs from these camps.
