Mogadishu University "A Success Story"

Bulletin of Islamic Development Bank (IDB) issued on 30 June 2006 considered Mogadishu University as one of the top "successful history" among projects funded by Islamic Development Bank world wide.

IDB is the prime funder in the constructing of MU campus, and its contribution encouraged other donors to partake in implementing this vital project in Somalia. The cost of the project was estimated around $30 millions required to collect from different donors. So far the university succeeded to complete buildings worth more than 5 million has been accomplished.
