MU Receives Mobile Library
From ICN Geneva Switzerland

Mogadishu University Received a Mobile Library from The International Council of Nurses (ICN) in Geneva Switzerland. The Mobile Library contains the most recent text books, references, nursing protocols & procedures of the international nursing guidelines.

The President of MU, Dr Ali Sheikh Ahmed Abubakar officially received the Mobile Library from Dr Abdullahi Farah Asseyr MD, Consultant Pediatrician at Arafat Hospital, Advisor of the President & Head of Health Affairs at MU on behalf of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) in Geneva Switzerland.

The Mobile Library was handed over to the president of MU in an official ceremony which was held at the MU administration in KM4 and was attended by MU senior administration & academic staff.

Dr Ali Sheikh Ahmed Abubakar, greatly thanked ICN for their contribution to MU expressing the importance of mobile library for competent technical skilled human resources to Somali people. "I believe that the MU and ICN have a common goal that is to educate the people in an international standard and eradicate the illiteracy and ignorance in under developed countries", said the president.
