Honorary Lunch at The End of the Semester

On the occasion of successful completion of the first semester for the academic year 2004-2005, honorary lunch was held in the Nasa-Hablood Hotel in Mogadishu on 24/1/2005. From the academic affairs, deans of faculties, professors, lecturers, eaching assistants and tutors participated. Also, administrative staff was present. On this occasion, MU president Dr. Ali Sheikh congratulated teaching staff for their achievements and pointed out the growing responsibility of the university in the time of reconstruction of the new Somalia.

This lunch is held every year between the two semesters as a social event to enhance interactions among MU teaching staff and administration.
