Opening Ceremony of MU New Campus Buildings in Bosaso

Mogadishu University started it activities in Puntland in academic year 2008/2009 the university progressed in this period a lot of achievements including building the university campus which may consider the second university campus in Somalia. It is well planed and well designed environment for higher education.

A well prepared ceremony is organized by Mogadishu University campus in Bosaso in occasion of official opening.

The minister of finance of Puntland State on behalf of the president and African section chief in Qatar Charity commenced the project together then rounded in walk on the deferent departments of the campus.

Mogadishu University collaborated with Qatar charity which funded the project, Tawfiq Trading Company and other Puntland businessmen were participated in implementation of campus building, in addition to that, Puntland State Government also, providing tangible and intangible incentives to the University.

The event program included speeches for Qatar Charity delegate, community leaders, Tadamun Social Society, Mogadishu University President, and the Government, they all emphasized significant of cooperation in the education and human development and community services.
